Returns Policy

We have a 30 day return policy. This means that you have 30 days after you received your item to request a refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please email hello@jenniemoore.co.uk to request a refund. We will then provide you with all of the information needed to complete your return. Any items returned without first contacting us will not be accepted. 

Refunds

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

We will also notify you if your refund has been accepted or not.

If accepted, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This can take up to 10 working days. 

You will be responsible for paying for the return postage on your item. Postage costs are non refundable.

Sale items 

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Problems with your order

Please contact us immediately at hello@jenniemoore.co.uk if you notice anything wrong with your order, such as a damaged item or incorrect item.
