Delivery, Payment and Returns Information

DELIVERY

First class standard delivery with Royal Mail is free on all UK orders.

Currently, we are only offering UK delivery.

Dispatching orders: Items will be posted within 2 working days of us receiving your order. 

A free delivery option is available on all orders. When selecting this option, your items will be sent using Royal Mail First Class. Royal Mail estimate delivery time for first class to be 1-2 working days, although this cannot be guaranteed. Please allow for delays at busy periods such as Christmas. 

Royal Mail Special Delivery next day by 1pm: When selecting this option, Royal Mail will deliver your item the next business day after dispatch, by 1pm. Please take dispatch time above into account before selecting this option.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

The payment methods on the website are Stripe (including Apple Pay) and Paypal. 

Stripe allows you to pay with all major debit and credit cards.

• MasterCard (credit and debit cards)

• American Express

Checkout will take place on a secure Squarespace domain.

Apply pay is also enabled as a method of payment, if you are paying from a supported device.
